How Do I Get Started?

Our goal is to make everything as straightforward as possible. All of our products, including our unique keepsake boxes and thoughtful wishes cards, can be purchased directly from our online shop; you can find the link in the button below.

Step Three. Complete your purchase details for your funeral plan or keepsake box.

We'll send everything carefully packaged within 3 - 5 working days, and postage is included in the price.

Return and Refund Policy

Returns Policy – Damaged items.

Love Farewells aim to ensure every item you purchase reaches you in perfect condition. However, in rare instances this may not be the case.

If you find your item is damaged on delivery, please contact us by email at supported@lovefarewells.co.uk with your name, customer order number and photographs that show the fault. We can then update you on next steps which can include a replacement item being sent at our cost, or if stock prevents this, we will arrange a refund.

Returns Policy – Other reasons.

Love Farewells will accept the return of any items received by us in perfect condition from you.

To return an item please notify us by email at supported@lovefarewells.co.uk with your name and customer order number within 20 working days of your delivery date. Returns cannot be accepted after this 20-day period.

The delivery costs for the return must be paid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage during return shipment so please package the item appropriately to protect from damages. Once we have received your return, we will process your refund within 3 – 5 working days. Your refund will not include our delivery charges which are £3.95 per product.
